• The morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Lounge on the beach, take a refreshing swim, or go shopping.

• Lunch on your own.

• In the afternoon, we will have a cooking workshop on one of Calabria's most fiery specialty: 'nduja, the spicy, spreadable salami born in the Monte Poro area. We'll tour one of Spilinga's top 'nduja producers to see how it's made, then have a cooking class where this bold, fiery salami takes center stage.

• If you like, you can visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Fontana, just a short distance from the workshop.
